Shipping Policy

Processing Times
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates
Canada:
- $4.95 flat-rate shipping.

United States:
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and carrier rates. Tracked shipping via Canada Post.

All orders ship from Canada within 1-2 days.

International Shipping:
Grind Sauce currently ships internationally to select countries. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, carrier rates, and package weight.

Delivery Times
- Canada: 2–8 business days
- United States: 5–12 business days
- International: 7–21 business days (varies by region)

Tracking
All orders include a tracking number, which will be emailed to you once your order ships.

Lost, Delayed, or Stalled Packages
If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, contact us at GrindSaucehelp@gmail.com and we will assist you in opening an investigation with the carrier.

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not able to refund or replace packages shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Important Notes
Grind Sauce is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, weather conditions, or any other factors beyond our control.  
Duties, taxes, and import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

International orders may experience customs delays or returns beyond our control. If an order is returned by customs, the product cost will be refunded, shipping fees are non-refundable.
