Returns & Refund Policy

At Grind Sauce, your satisfaction matters. If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns
- Due to the personal nature of our massage oil, we cannot accept returns of any opened or used products. Opened items are final sale.
- Unopened and unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and in unused condition.

Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund is approved or rejected.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on arrival. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at GrindSaucehelp@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
